Diversified Protection Corporation Acquires Fiore Industries, Inc.
Daniel Island, SC — March 2, 2026 — Diversified Protection Corporation (DPC) today announced the acquisition of Fiore Industries, Inc., a respected provider of national security, engineering, scientific, and technical services with a 36‑year track record supporting federal agencies and national laboratories.
As part of the transition, Fiore Founder Bill Miera has retired and will continue supporting DPC President Nathaniel White in a consulting capacity to ensure a smooth integration.
